The purpose of this competency is to achieve the goals of mobilisation, i.e. to ensure that:
- capital assets are operational and accessible;
- facilities are operational and accessible;
- delivery team members are competent and capable;
- all resources are redeployed, returned or disposed of, at the end of the work.
Performance criteria You must be able to: |
| Mobilisation can range from ensuring that internal resources are available and inducted onto a small project to setting up the infrastructure to manage a programme like the Olympic Games. While all the criteria in this competency apply to all situations regardless of the context and complexity, they will probably need to be supplemented with specific references to the extent of resource and infrastructure that needs to be mobilised. |
