- persuade stakeholders to support the achievement of the objectives.
Performance criteria You must be able to: |
| There will be many people at different levels within an organisation that the management team need to influence. Inevitably, positional power will be a significant factor for some stakeholders, i.e. the influencing communication needs to come from someone of perceived authority. Achieving the performance criteria of this competency across the project, programme or portfolio will be a joint effort between the sponsor and manager. |
